HDFC Bank's communication system collapsed

  The entire communication system of HDFC Bank has failed. No complaint is heard in the bank branch and on emailing, auto response mail comes from crmnexttech@hdfcbank.com, Response.SM@hdfcbank.com email ID and says that your complaint will be resolved in two days. Complaint is automatically closed after 6 days without resolution Your request submitted to HDFC Bank, under case number: 28062175, has been successfully closed. And the feedback comes. ICICI Bank- Dictator Manager, SJE New Delhi Branch

ICICI Bank Safdarjung Enclave is one such branch where the bank manager Mr Arun Chaudhari runs the branch in a dictatorial manner. No one listens to complaints on visiting this branch. They tell you to do everything online. The condition of online is that if you complain to them by mail, they do not respond to most of the complaints. They give their personal opinion in the mails they answer . The bank manager himself does not know about the bank website and app that work. Like the bank manager, their staff is also very rude who does not talk properly. Any bank employee does not know the rules of the bank. I asked them many times by mail but they have not replied till date. I also wrote several mails to their CEO , till date no response has been received. They spend crores of rupees on advertisement but do not pay attention to their service and staff training, due to which they waste the customer's time and money. Today it's been 454 days, and my UPI ID is not yet generated, hdfc bank has huge shortage of staff and their IT system has failed and is giving other errors.  From the manager to the staff, they don't listen to the complaints. It doesn't work even after going to the branch. The bank has been made a fish market. HDFC Bank branch works in an arbitrary manner. Internet Banking generates complaint number daily. ICICI Bank - Arbitrary staff, customer service crumbling

She didn't listen to any of my other complaints and kept protecting her unprofessional staff by taking me in roundabout ways. Today again  a mail  came from Priya Gupta (Senior Management Desk) in which she told me a new thing. "We would like to inform you that as per ICICI Bank internal compliance requirement to prevent frauds, the UPI deletion option is not available." Now I am confused  that  who is telling the truth. And who is working to defame  ICIC  Bank. As I have told you many  times,  the staff of ICICI Bank always gives personal feedback. The customer's complaint doesn't even matter.
