HDFC Bank - CEO MISSING. Customer unhappy with mail generated automatically.

Today it's been 454 days, and my UPI ID is not yet generated, hdfc bank has huge shortage of staff and their IT system has failed and is giving other errors. From the manager to the staff, they don't listen to the complaints. It doesn't work even after going to the branch. The bank has been made a fish market. HDFC Bank branch works in an arbitrary manner.Internet Banking generates complaint number daily. No action is ever taken on the complaint number.
