HDFC BANK - Since 460 days many things are not working

 


Since 460 days many things are not working in HDFC bank app server. Customer asks HDFC Bank for Rs 15 lakh compensation for mental and financial loss?

Today is day 460, and HDFC Bank Manager, Deer Park Branch, still hasn't generated my UPI ID. On May 20, 2023, your promising Customer Service Manager, Jyoti B taught me and your Bank Manager, Deerpark Branch/Vipin Kaushik, to create a UPI ID. I haven't seen any improvement in the app since 460 days. I had also asked Vipin Kaushik ji to give a demo in the branch. The manager has no time for my query for 460 days. They have not yet created my UPI ID LALTAIN@HDFCBANK when the ID is available in the app.

Someone has completely hacked your system. And your IT team has failed. Therefore, for the mental and financial loss caused to me by your bank, I should be given 15 lakh rupees as compensation for 460 days as soon as possible.

As I have been complaining since 453 days, your bank has become a den of illiterate employees. From the bank manager to the entire staff, the customer is treated like a street dog. The customer keeps barking with his complaint, and the staff is busy with his personal freelance work. The staff neither mails the customer's complaint nor listens to it when it comes to the branch.

CEO sir, what kind of fish market has Deer Park, SJE Branch, opened?
Today it's been 453 days, When will your IT team come back from honeymoon and give a demo of creating my UPI ID to your stupid staff and create my LALTAIN@HDFCBANK.

Your app and web site also do not work properly, which I have complained many times. My account is in Deer Park branch. There manager, Vipin Kaushik, is not listening to my complaint since 453 days. It's a far cry to listen to me, they don't even listen to B 2, SJE branch manager who complained to them countless times. Because I live near B 2 block, I go to this branch.

On 26 May 2023 a very rude employee Jyoti B. (Customer Service Manager) who neither read my mail nor checked the bank app. messaged me
"To Create and activate a customized UPI ID, kindly de-activate the current UPI ID via the mobile banking application. Once this is done, please re-register a new UPI ID of your choice."

Please book a time for me when I come to B2 market, Safdarjung Enclave branch, you also come, I will make a video of this so that I can tell the whole country what is the secret way to create UPI ID in HDFC Bank

Yesterday auto generated mail came from your bank's stupid system
"We are glad you have chosen HDFC Bank for your banking needs.
We have successfully processed your request submitted via Ref No. EA0170376375.

We hope you enjoy your banking experience with us as we work hard to provide excellent customer service!

Sir, it is a humble request to you that these cases should be investigated at a high level, the culprits be punished, and I be given a compensation of 1 lakh rupees per month, which is 15 lakhs for 453 days. Because your bank has tortured me mentally, wasted my time, and did not take any action on the complaint of the bank branch.

Please see my all complaints sent to you in detail so that you can know about the poor system of your bank and it will be easy to give me compensation.

Why are you telling me this useless nonsense? Where was this knowledge hidden for 443 days? Did your branch manager know about UPI? If the bank manager knows, then why doesn't he tell the customer.
I want to ask you
1. When and who gave you this information that LALTAIN's UPI ID is not being created
2. The screen shots of the error that is coming to the CEO and the bank manager were sent. Did you check it before writing me mail.
3. The process you mentioned is working
4. Do the concerned officers in your branch know this?
5. We have tried all this with the knowledge of branch manager but this method does not work.
6. Can you or your branch manager create my ID LALTAIN@ICICIbank by this process yourself in front of four witnesses as you are guiding.
7. Please book a time for me when I come to B2 market, Safdarjung Enclave branch, you also come, I will make a video of this so that I can tell the whole country what is the secret way to create UPI ID in HDFC Bank
