ICICI BANK - Den of unprofessional people

Every month, a new employee talks to me without checking my complaint and spoils 15-20 days. But no complaint is solved, and most of the time they don't even reply. it happened again today 1. Priya Gupta (Senior Management Desk) spoke to me today, May 31, 2023, and did not give any proper answer to my complaint. Till now, I have talked to him three times, and he changed his statement three times. They didn't even tell me how the feedback team in icici Bank works.
